B.K. Lewis Designs can transform your home or business from ordinary to extraordinary. With custom designs and collaboration with our client, we are sure to make your project a unique and beautiful creation that you will be proud of.

  • In Home or Business Consultation:

We will set up a time to meet at client’s Home or Office to discuss the project and scheduling.  Next, we will generate a written proposal covering all aspects of the project.  We can also provide custom renderings for the project for your approval before we begin work. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required and is due upon our first visit. There will be measurements and photos taken of the area and space as needed. You will be satisfied with our qualified, certified, and professional service.

  • Commissioning a Mural or Decorative Project:

  • Proposal:

A detailed proposal of the entire project is submitted either by fax, mail, or e-mail. The proposal outlines all supply and labor costs for the project. (Note: Scaffolding fees are not included in our proposals, as some projects may not require them.) Any necessary revisions are incorporated dependent upon your approval. The proposal becomes your invoice and contact with B.K. Lewis Designs for the project are detailed within it.

  • 50% Deposit:

Initial deposit of 50% of the total project is due along with approval of Invoice/Proposal. Prices are unique to each project and are based upon several factors. Contact B.K. Lewis Designs to arrange an appointment to discuss your new project (626)840-7400.

  • Preparation for Project:

Depending on the type of project, we will need time to incorporate all of the ideas, designs, and decisions to prepare renderings and layout of the project. The rendering will show the layout of the design of your custom project at no extra cost. It is included after the 50% deposit. Renderings are sent to the client for approval, at which time we will make any changes or revisions in the design. The final rendering will serve as a platform for the entire project so it is important that clients are completely satisfied with their design before beginning the painting process.

  • In-Studio Work:

B.K. Lewis Designs does in-studio projects as well as on-site locations. Murals on canvas, furniture, art, decorative art, signage, and artifacts can be delivered locally or shipped to any destination at an additional charge.

  • Satisfaction:

B.K. Lewis Designs is dedicated to providing you with the best service and highest quality of work, all to your satisfaction.

  • At Projects Completion:

Additional work or changes not detailed in the final proposal and renderings will be at extra cost. The balance of the invoice will be due upon day of completion of the project.

  • Touch Up & Repairs:

We will gladly come back to touch up or repair our previous work upon request. Additional work will be treated as a new project and will have a fee.
